Heya peeps!

Hey all!

So things are going well over here. Today was kind of a fail in terms of exercise. I spent my lunch break talking with a friend on the phone. And when I got home, my shoes had given me a blister on the bottom of my feet, so I didn’t do my yoga.

I also ate a small chocolate-covered-strawberry blizzard. >.> But it was for a good cause! Today was miracle day, and they were donating $1 (or more!) from every Blizzard purchase to go to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Worth every calorie. =)

However, working out, on a whole, has been going very well. I’m down to 141.2 so far (not counting what that blizzard does XD). I think I probably should have gone with the size 7 trousers from Maurice’s. Ah well. It’s been very exciting on the whole to see so much progress.

I’ve ordered a fiber supplement, so I’ll hopefully be able to up my fiber intake to the 40-ish grams a day my doctor says I need. Stupid thyroid.

I love, love, love, LOVE the Bob Harper Inside Out Method. You can buy it from Target now (though I think it’s cheaper if you buy the entire set from his website). I have definitely been toning up. It’s been really fun. You feel like you’re dying through the workouts, but afterwards you feel REALLY GOOD (and muscles will be soooooore!).

Sorry for the absence. Still going, still exercising, still working. No word on the bid, yet.

Le sigh.

Bob’s DVDs are EXCELLENT, I must say. I finally went shopping for clothes this past weekend. In the period that I’ve really been changing my diet (not ON a diet, just making it healthier) and exercising, I’ve gone from a size 10-12 (closer to a 12) to a size 7-8 (closer to the 7!). It’s pretty awesome.

Not much going on right now. Just keeping on trucking. Take it easy.
